From Edinburgh City Centre to GreywallsFrom the east end of Princess Street, follow the signs for the A1 to Berwick-upon-Tweed. When you leave the city it will become a dual carriage way. Follow this for about 8 miles until you reach the Bankton' slip road, then follow signs for North Berwick. Go straight over the first roundabout, then at the next roundabout turn right onto the A198 which you then follow into the village of Gullane.Greywalls is located at the far end of the village, turning left where signposted.From the North via the Forth Road BridgeFollow the M90 South to Edinburgh crossing over the Forth Road Bridge. On leaving the Bridge follow signs for the A800, which then becomes the M9 (signposted to M8 GlasgowEdinburgh).Join the M8 at Junction 2, heading East towards Edinburgh. At Hermiston Gait, join the City Bypass (A720), following the signs for Berwick-upon-Tweed and the South.Stay on the A720 until it joins the A1, then take the A1, still following the signs for Berwick-upon-Tweed. At the Bankton junction, take the A198 which is signposted to North Berwick. Stay on the A198, through Longniddry, along the coast to Aberlady and into the village of Gullane. At the far end of the village, take the last turning on the left (signposted at the road-end). Greywalls is on the right.
